Terms and Conditions

While the Marine Corps League and the Department of Florida Marine Corps League will to their level best to accommodate your particular situation, we are striving to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees at the 2022 National Convention in Daytona Beach.  To that end, many of the expenses incurred for these events have been paid for in advance.  Therefore, unless there are specific mitigating circumstances, all sales are considered final.    

If you cannot attend an event once tickets have been processed and printed, please pass the tickets to another attendee who was unable to make the purchase.  Whether you sell or give the tickets away is up to you, but you must be aware that in the state of Florida, tickets may only be resold for only $1 over the original price (http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String&URL=0800-0899/0817/Sections/0817.36.html).    

Full refunds can be made but only under the following conditions: 

• A bona fide family emergency 
• Request for refund made by August 1 
• Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis 
• Department of Florida Commandant has the final decision 
• All refunds will be made by check
